BALLAST TRACK USING PRE-COATED BALLAST AGGREGATE AND CONSTRUCTION FOR THE SAME
The present invention relates to a ballast track using coated ballast and a construction method thereof, wherein the ballast track using the coated ballast arranges the coated ballast by replacing existing ballast for ballasting a ballast track with the coated ballast when the ballast track for a railway is repaired or newly constructed, thereby efficiently and economically maintaining the ballast track. The ballast of the ballast track coats a surface of broken stone with a coating material. An acute angle portion coated with the coating material is made of the coated ballast of which a corner angle is tapered at 90 degrees or more. The coated ballast is arranged on a lower portion of a sleeper.
철도용 자갈궤도의 보수 또는 신설시 자갈궤도 도상에 기존의 자갈궤도 도상용 자갈을 코팅자갈로 대체하여 배치하여 효율적이고 경제적인 자갈궤도의 유지보수가 가능한 코팅자갈을 이용한 자갈궤도 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 자갈궤도 자갈은 쇄석의 표면을 코팅재로 코팅시킨 것으로서 코팅재가 도포된 예각부위는 모서리각이 90도 이상으로 테이퍼링 처리된 코팅자갈로 형성되며, 상기 코팅자갈은 침목 하부에 배치되도록 하게 된다.
