Disclosed is a block, which includes a kit containing mohair capable of adsorbing and removing fine dust and foamed concrete capable of adsorbing and removing precursors in the air, thereby adsorbing and removing the precursors and fine dust in the air. And, the block includes a frame structure coupled to the kit, thereby improving resistance of an upper load and efficiency of maintenance. The present invention provides the block capable of adsorbing and removing the precursors in the air, which includes: foamed concrete aggregates; a kit containing the foamed concrete aggregates; and a frame having a kit inserting hole through which the kit is inserted.
