AUTOMATIC LOADING AND UNLOADING DEVICE FOR WINDOW PROFILE
Disclosed is an automatic supply device for a window profile. The automatic supply device for a window profile according to the present invention is provided in an automatic mounting system for a window roller provided to automatically mount a window roller on a window profile, in order to supply a profile which is transported after being reversed such that a window roller mounting hole may be upwardly exposed by a profile automatic supplying device to a window roller mounting location having a window roller automatic mounting device. To this end, the present invention comprises: a roller guide unit composed of a roller support body which is linearly installed while maintaining horizontality from the window roller mounting location to the window roller discharging location in the Y-axis direction at one side of a lower frame, and a plurality of guiding rollers installed at the roller support body such that the profile reversed by the profile automatic supplying device may be mounted thereon to be supported in a rollable manner; a guide rail installed by each piece or by a pair being in parallel with each other while maintaining an interval from each other in up and down directions at a side surface frame installed at one side of the lower frame to be disposed to be horizontal to the Y-axis direction; a moving body of which a fixating end of one side is coupled to the guide rail so as to be advanced to the window roller mounting location or be reversed to the original location by a supply operating means, and an installation end on the other side is located at the upper portion of the guide roller; and a first pressurizing member disposed at the lower surface of the installation end after being composed of a first finger actuator and a pair of first fingers operated in the directions facing each other by the first finger actuator to selectively pressurize the profile mounted on the guide roller. Therefore, operation can be quickly and precisely performed.
창문용 프로파일 자동 공급장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 창문용 프로파일 자동 공급장치는, 창문용 프로파일에 호차를 자동으로 장착하도록 된 호차 자동 장착 시스템에서 프로파일 자동 이송장치에 의해 호차 장착공이 상향으로 노출되도록 반전되어 이송된 프로파일을 호차 자동 장착장치가 마련된 호차 장착위치로 공급하기 위한 것으로, 하부 프레임의 한쪽에, Y축 방향으로 상기 호차 장착위치와 배출위치까지 수평을 유지하여 일직선으로 설치되는 로울러 지지체와, 상기 프로파일 자동 이송장치에 의해 반전된 프로파일이 안착되어 굴림 지지되도록 상기 로울러 지지체에 설치되는 다수개의 안내 로울러로 이루어진 로울러 안내부; 상기 하부 프레임의 한쪽에 설치되는 측면 프레임에, 1개 또는 서로 상,하 방향으로 간격을 유지하여 평행하게 설치되는 한 쌍으로 이루어져 Y축 방향 수평으로 마련되는 설치되는 가이드 레일; 공급작동수단에 의해 상기 호차 장착위치로 전진하거나 원위치로 후진 작동하도록 한쪽의 고정단이 상기 가이드 레일에 결합되고, 반대쪽의 설치단은 상기 안내 로울러의 상부에 위치하는 이동체; 및 제1 핑거 엑츄에이터와, 상기 제1 핑거 엑츄에이터에 의해 서로 마주보는 방향으로 작동하여 상기 안내 로울러에 안착된 상기 프로파일을 선택적으로 가압하도록 된 한 쌍의 제1 핑거로 이루어져 상기 설치단의 저면에 마련되는 제1 가압부재를 포함한다.
