The present invention comprises: a steam setting unit which manually or automatically sets and maintains the temperature of steam; a suction setting unit which manually or automatically sets suction force; a control unit controlling the operation of a steam generating unit, a steam discharge unit, and a suction unit in accordance with portions which are individually set in the steam setting unit and the suction setting unit; the steam generating unit which generates and collects steam by using a high temperature and a high pressure upon cleaning water supplied by a water tank according to the value set in the control unit; the steam discharge unit discharging the high-temperature and high-pressure steam generated at the steam generating unit according to the value set in the control unit through a nozzle; the suction unit sucking through a suction port according to the value set in the control unit; and a debris collecting unit collecting debris sucked through the suction unit. Scattering dust which is generated during road lane removal causes civil complaints to be raised regarding the surrounding environment. To solve this problem, the present invention uses steam of the steam discharge unit to collect dust scattering in the air with the steam, so as to allow steam particles to catch dust particles to prevent dust from flying, before the suction unit sucks the same. Therefore, dust, sludge and the like which are normally generated during road lane removal can be prevented from being generated, thereby reducing environmental problems and civil complaints.
본 발명은 스팀의 온도, 유지를 수동 또는 자동으로 설정하는 스팀 설정부; 흡입력을 수동 또는 자동으로 설정하는 흡입 설정부;스팀 설정부와 흡입 설정부에서 각각 설정된 부분에 따라 스팀 생성부, 스팀 배출부, 흡입부의 구동을 제어하는 제어부;제어부의 설정된 값에 따라 물탱크로에서 공급 받은 세척수를 고온 및 고압을 이용하여 스팀을 생성하여 포집하는 스팀 생성부;제어부의 설정된 값에 따라 스팀 생성부에 생성된 고온 고압의 스팀을 노즐을 통하여 배출하는 스팀 배출부;제어부의 설정된 값에 따라 흡입구로 통하여 흡입하는 흡입부;흡입부에서 흡입된 이물질을 포집할 수 있는 이물질 포집부로 되어 있어, 차선 제거시 발생 되는 비산먼지로 인해 주위 환경 및 민원이 발생되는 것을 스팀 배출부의 스팀으로 인해 공기 중으로 비산되는 먼지를 스팀으로 포집하여 먼지가 날아가지 못하도록 스팀 알갱이가 먼지 알갱이를 잡는 방식으로되며, 이를 흡입부를 통하여 흡입함으로써, 도로 차선을 제거시 발생 되는 먼지, 슬러지 등이 전혀 발생하지 않기 때문에 환경적인 문제와 민원 등이 감소하는 효과가 있다.
