NONCOMBUSTIBLE EXTERIOR PANEL FOR EXTERIOR WALL FINISH AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
The present invention relates to a noncombustible exterior panel for exterior wall finish and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the noncombustible exterior panel for exterior wall finish comprises: a panel unit (110) in a plate shape made of noncombustible materials for finishing an exterior wall of a building; an insulation core material (120) formed in a certain thickness, made of noncombustible materials to be in contact with an internal side surface of the panel unit (110), and finishing a noncombustible sheet (121) on a rear side surface; panel engagement bars (130) placed on four places of upper, lower, left, and right sides on an internal side surface of the panel unit (110) to be symmetrical to each other; a plurality of L-shaped wall body fixing means (150) placed on the wall surface with distances from each other in a longitudinal direction and a transversal direction to be installed by an anchor (151); panel support bars (160) placed between the panel engagement bars (130) and the wall body fixing means (150) to be symmetrical to each other on four places of upper, lower, left, and right sides of the insulation core material (120); and panel installation bars (190) which fix the panel by engaging both sides with the panel support bars (160) and the wall body fixing means (150). According to the present invention, the noncombustible exterior panel for exterior wall finish can be easily constructed in the site with work safety.
본 발명은 외벽마감용 불연외장패널 및 그 시공방법에 관한 발명으로, 불연 소재의 판상형으로 구비하여 건축물의 외벽을 마감하는 패널부(110); 불연 소재의 심재를 일정 두께로 형성하여 상기 패널부(110)의 내측면에 당접하도록 구비하고, 후측면에는 불연시트(121)를 마감하는 단열심재(120); 패널부(110)의 내측면에서 상, 하측 및 좌, 우측 4개소에 상호 대칭하도록 구비하는 패널결합바(130); 벽면 상에 종횡으로 간격을 두고 배치하여 앵커(151)로 설치하는 복수의 L형 벽체고정수단(150); 패널결합바(130)와 벽체고정수단(150)의 사이에서 단열심재(120)의 상, 하측 및 좌, 우측 4개소에 상호 대칭하도록 구비하는 패널지지바(160); 및 패널지지바(160) 및 벽체고정수단(150)에 양측을 결합하여 패널 일체를 고정하는 패널설치바(190);를 포함하여 구성함에 따라 현장에서 시공성이 용이하고 작업상의 안전성을 가지는 것이 특징이다.

The present invention relates to a noncombustible exterior panel for exterior wall finish and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the noncombustible exterior panel for exterior wall finish can be easily constructed in the site with work safety.
