VERTICAL CORE STRUCTURE HORIZONTALLY ASSEMBLED AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a vertical core structure assembled and installed horizontally and a construction method thereof, which can lift a vertical core structure to quickly assemble and install the vertical core structure in a precast manner at a high-place work site such as a penthouse constructed on the rooftop of an apartment structure to sufficiently secure economic feasibility by reducing the construction period. The vertical core structure is lifted and received by a work crane which is fixed and installed around a slab and then is disassembled. The vertical core structure comprises: an L-shaped precast wall module provided with a vertical hollow space for weight reduction and horizontally assembled and installed on the slab to form an internal space (S) so as to form an outer wall of a cuboid horizontal core structure; and an internal wall unit installed on the inner side surface of the horizontal core structure to form a divided internal space (S2).
아파트구조물의 옥상에 시공되는 옥탑과 같은 고소작업 현장에서 수직코아구조물을 프리캐스트 방식으로 인양하여 신속하게 조립 설치할 수 있어 공기 절감에 의한 경제성을 충분히 확보할 수 있는 수평으로 조립 설치되는 수직코아구조물 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서 상기 수직코아구조물은 닥판 주위에 고정 설치된 후 해체되는 작업크레인에 의하여 인양되어 반입되는 것으로서, 자중감소를 위하여 수직중공부가 형성되며 수평으로 바닥판에 조립 설치되어 내부공간(S)이 형성되어 직육면체 형태의 수평코아구조물의 외벽체를 형성하는 ㄴ자 형태의 프리캐스트벽체모듈; 및 상기 수평코아구조물 내측면에 설치되어 구획된 내부공간(S2)을 형성시키는 프리캐스트 내부벽체부;를 포함한다.
