The present invention relates to a clip for a grating which can remove foreign substances from shoes and prevent slipping on rain-slick surfaces. The clip comprises a clip body to be inserted into a grid hole of a grating and a fastening wing unit which is formed on the side end of the clip body to be extended from the clip body and has a hanging groove to place the clip body on the upper end of a bearing bar of the grating, so that the clip body can be mounted on the grating. An accommodation space is provided on the clip body to accommodate an insertion member. The insertion member has a bundle of brush bristles protruding upward. The insertion member includes a brush base stored in the accommodation space of the clip body, and the bundle of brush bristles mounted on the brush base. The brush bristles are fixed on the brush base by injection molding or press working, and the brush base is fixed while being accommodated in the clip body. Accordingly, the clip is inserted and fixed by a simple insertion method on a grid structure of a bearing bar and a cross bar of the previously installed grating without need to replace the entire grating, and the brush bristles provide friction to prevent accidents and conveniently remove foreign substances from shoes. Therefore, the present invention can be variously used inside a building and at an industrial site or the like.
본 발명은 우천시에 미끄럼을 방지하고 신발의 이물질을 제거할 수 있도록 한 그레이팅용 클립에 관한 것으로, 그레이팅의 격자홀에 삽입되는 클립본체를 구비하고, 클립본체의 측단으로는 클립본체로부터 연장 형성되되 클립본체가 그레이팅의 베어링바 상단에 탑재되도록 걸이홈을 갖는 체결날개부를 형성하여 그레이팅에 클립본체를 장착할 수 있도록 하고, 클립본체에는 수용공간을 마련하여 삽입부재를 수용하고, 삽입부재는 삽입부재는 다발로 이루어진 브러쉬 빗살이 상부측으로 돌출되도록 함은 물론, 삽입부재는 클립본체의 수용공간에 수납되는 솔대와, 솔대에 다발로 장착되는 브러쉬 빗살로 구성되도록 하고, 상기 브러쉬 빗살이 솔대에 사출 성형 또는 프레스 가공에 의하여 고정되도록 하고, 솔대가 클립본체에 수용된 상태에서 고정되도록 함으로써 그레이팅 자체를 교체시공이 필요없이 클립 방식에 의하여 기설치되어 있는 그레이팅의 베어링바와 크로스바의 격자구조 상에서 단순 끼움방식으로 끼워 고정함으로써 브러쉬 빗살에 의하여 마찰력을 제공하여 안전사고를 방지하고 신발의 이물질을 간편하게 제거할 수 있도록 하여 건물의 실내는 물론 산업현장 등에서도 다양하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a clip for a grating which can remove foreign substances from shoes and prevent slipping on rain-slick surfaces. The clip comprises a clip body to be inserted into a grid hole of a grating and a fastening wing unit which is formed on the side end of the clip body to be extended from the clip body and has a hanging groove to place the clip body on the upper end of a bearing bar of the grating, so that the clip body can be mounted on the grating. An accommodation space is provided on the clip body to accommodate an insertion member. The insertion member has a bundle of brush bristles protruding upward. The insertion member includes a brush base stored in the accommodation space of the clip body, and the bundle of brush bristles mounted on the brush base. The brush bristles are fixed on the brush base by injection molding or press working, and the brush base is fixed while being accommodated in the clip body.
