Friction geogrid and its friction geogrid production method
The present invention relates to a friction geogrid and a method for manufacturing the friction geogrid and, more specifically, to a friction geogrid and a method for manufacturing the friction geogrid, wherein a friction material is attached to a surface of the geogrid to improve friction force. The method for manufacturing a geogrid by perforating apertures on a synthetic resin sheet manufactures the geogrid by heating the surface of the sheet at high temperature or heating the friction material and causing the heated surface or the heated friction material to collide and adhere to each other.
본 발명은 마찰성 지오그리드 및 그 마찰성 지오그리드의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 지오그리드의 표면에 마찰재를 부착시켜 마찰력을 향상시키도록 한 마찰성 지오그리드 및 그 마찰성 지오그리드의 제조방법에 관한 것인 바, 본 발명은 합성수지 시이트를 구멍(apertures)을 뚫어 형성시킨 지오그리드의 제조방법에 있어서, 시이트의 표면을 고온으로 가열 또는 마찰재를 가열하고 가열된 표면 또는 가열된 마찰재를 충돌시켜 서로 부착하여 제조하는 것에 그 특징이 있다.
