NOISELESS TRENCH AND CAST MOLD FOR NOISELESS TRENCH FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a noiseless trench and a noiseless trench mold for manufacturing the same. The present invention relates to the plurality of noiseless trenches which are interconnected and disposed in a direction of a drainage channel. The noiseless trench according to the present invention comprises: a body supported by the drainage channel and having at least one drainage hole formed on a plate surface; a wedge-shaped protrusion portion protruding from one side of the body in a connection direction of the plurality of noiseless trenches and having a cross-sectional area increasing from an upper side to a lower side; and a locking portion which is formed through the other side, opposite to the one side of the body from which the protrusion portion is protruding, in a form of an inverted wedge shape of which a cross-sectional area decreases from an upper side to a lower side compared to the wedge shape of the protrusion portion, and is combined with the protrusion portion when the plurality of noiseless trenches are interconnected.
본 발명은 무소음 트렌치 및 이를 제조하는 무소음 트렌치용 금형에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 배수로 방향으로 상호 연결되어 배치되는 복수 개의 무소음 트렌치에 관한 것으로서 본 발명에 따른 무소음 트렌치는 배수로에 지지되며 판면에 적어도 하나의 배수 홀이 형성된 본체, 본체의 일측면에 복수 개의 무소음 트렌치의 연결 방향으로 돌출 형성되며 상부 측으로부터 하부 측으로 단면적이 증가하는 쐐기 모양의 돌기부 및 돌기부가 돌출 형성된 본체의 일측면에 대향된 타측면에 돌기부의 쐐기 모양 대비 반전된 상부 측으로부터 하부 측으로 단면적이 감소하는 쐐기 모양으로 관통 형성되어 복수 개의 무소음 트렌치의 상호 연결 시 돌기부와 결합되는 걸림부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
