The present invention relates to a dowel bar assembly to be assembled on the site, which is installed on a joint on a concrete road. According to the present invention, the dowel bar assembly comprises: a pair of support rails in which upper and lower cross bars, which are parallel to each other, are connected by a plurality of connection bars; a rod-shaped dowel bar supported by being put horizontally on the pair of support rails standing while facing each other at regular intervals; and a plastic settlement unit including a settlement groove, into which both end units of the dowel bar are inserted, and an engagement groove placed on a lower side, into which upper cross bars of the support rails are inserted, thereby allowing the dowel bar and the support rails to be engaged. According to the present invention, the support rails are assembled, in advance, and the dowel bar is engaged with the plastic settlement unit to mount the settlement unit and the dowel bar assembly on the support rails on the site, to complete the dowel bar assembly. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the straight damage to the assembly, the removal of a welded engagement unit, and the risk of deformation, which may occur in the process of loading and moving, and reducing the time spent for the construction.
본 발명은 콘크리트 도로의 줄눈에 설치되는 현장 조립식 다웰바 어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 다웰바 어셈블리는, 서로 평행한 상하 크로스바가 다수의 연결바에 의해 연결된 한 쌍의 지지레일과, 간격을 두고 대향되게 세워진 상기 한 쌍의 지지레일 상에 가로 놓여 지지되는 봉상의 다웰바와, 상기 다웰바의 양측 단부가 끼워지는 안착홈이 구비되고 하부에는 상기 지지레일의 상부 크로스바에 끼워지는 결합홈이 구비되어 다웰바와 지지레일의 결합이 이루어지도록 하는 플래스틱 안착구를 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명은 사전에 지지레일을 조립하고 다웰바와 플래스틱 안착구를 결합한 상태에서 현장에서 안착구와 다웰바 조립체를 지지레일에 장착하여 다웰바 어셈블리가 완성되도록 함으로써, 적재 및 이동 과정에서 발생될 수 있는 어셈블리의 직진성 훼손이나 용접 결합부의 탈락 및 변형 발생의 위험이 배제됨과 아울러 시공 소요 시간을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
