STANDING TYPE SLEEVE FOR SLAB
The present invention relates to a standpipe for a slab, which comprises: a pipe body (3) for forming a through hole (T) after a concrete structure (C) poured between molds (F) is cured; a connection plate (5) formed at one end of the pipe body (3) to be separated from the pipe body (3) together with the molds (F) when the molds (F) are separated after the concrete structure (C) is cured; a first fastener (7) formed in the connection plate (5); and a second fastener (9) fastened to the first fastener (7) for coupling the pipe body (3) and the molds (F). The first and second fasteners (7, 9) are coupled with each other in a snap manner. Therefore, when a standpipe for a through-hole is connected between the molds, first and second snap parts can be simply coupled by aligning a first fastening part formed on the connection plate of the pipe body with a second fastening part to press-fit the same, such that the molds and the standpipe can be simply and easily assembled. Therefore, a construction period for drying a slab can be shortened, and thus, the work efficiency can be further improved.
본 발명은 슬라브용 입상관에 관한 것으로, 상기 거푸집(F) 사이에 타설한 콘크리트 구조물(C)이 양생된 후 통공(T)을 형성하는 관체(3); 상기 콘크리트 구조물(C)이 양생된 후 상기 거푸집(F)이 분리될 때 상기 거푸집(F)과 함께 상기 관체(3)로부터 분리되도록 상기 관체(3)의 일단에 형성된 연결판(5); 상기 연결판(5)에 형성된 제1 체결구(7); 및 상기 관체(3)와 상기 거푸집(F)의 결합을 위해 상기 제1 체결구(7)와 체결되는 제2 체결구(9);를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 제1 체결구(7)와 상기 제2 체결구(9)는 스냅식으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 거푸집 사이에 통공용 입상관을 연결할 때, 관체 연결판에 형성된 제1 체결부를 제2 체결부에 정렬시켜 압입하는 것으로 간단히 제1 스냅부와 제2 스냅부를 결합할 수 있으므로, 거푸집과 입상관의 조립을 간단하고 용이하게 할 수 있고, 따라서 슬라브 건조의 공기를 단축할 수 있으며, 그에 따른 작업효율성을 일층 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
