A manufacturing method of ultra light weight insulated hollow magnesium panel and a ultra light weight insulated hollow magnesium panel thereby
According to the present invention, a configuration of a method for manufacturing an ultra-lightweight hollow magnesium insulation panel for a wall forms a manufacturing line from an existing injection type into an extrusion type to increase productivity, thereby reducing a manufacturing period and increasing the quality of a product. An ultra-lightweight hollow magnesium insulation panel of the present invention has a plurality of hollows formed therein to largely reduce the weight of the panel, thereby being lightweight. Moreover, the insulation panel has a high hardness through a compression process of a manufacturing process and the manufacturing process and configuration are simplified, and thus the quality of high completeness can be expected at low cost. The magnesium insulation panel provides an insulation effect, thereby playing a big role in energy saving. Moreover, the insulation panel is lighter than an existing lightweight panel by 30 to 50%, such that good constructability is provided, thereby largely contributing to reduction of a construction period and construction costs. The method comprises a slurry manufacturing step, a coating step, an extrusion step, a cutting step, a curing step, a trimming step, an adhesive costing step, a pressing and bonding step, and a sanding step.
본 발명에 따르면, 벽체용 중공형 마그네슘 단열 판넬을 제조하는 제조 방법의 구성은, 생산성의 향상을 위해서 기존의 사출 방식에서 압출 방식으로 생산라인을 구축하여 생산기간 단축 및 제품의 품질을 향상시켰다. 본 발명에 의한 중공형 마그네슘 단열 판넬은 마그네슘 단열 판넬의 내부에 다수 개의 중공을 형성함으로써, 판넬 자체의 중량을 크게 줄여 경량화하였고, 또한 제조 과정에 있어서의 압축 과정을 통해 경도가 크며, 제조 단계 및 구성이 간단하게 이루어지기 때문에 저비용으로 완성도 높은 품질을 기대할 수 있다. 또한, 단열의 효과가 커서 에너지절약에 큰 역할을 한다. 또한, 기존의 경량 판넬보다 중량이 30~50% 정도 경량이라 시공성이 양호하여 공기 단축 및 공사비 절감에 큰 기여를 할것이다.
