ROTATING TYPE QUICK COUPLER FOR EXCAVATOR
The present invention relates to a rotary quick coupler for an excavator. An upper coupling unit is connected to an arm support of the excavator. A lower coupling unit is arranged to be spaced downward from the upper coupling unit and attaches and detaches an attachment. A power transmission unit includes: a housing fixed on the lower surface of the upper coupling unit and having a protruding block protruding along the inner circumference; a rotation transmitter fixed on the upper surface of the lower coupling unit, and having an upper side flange and a lower side flange which protrude along the circumference to enter the upper side and the lower side of a protruding block; and a sliding bearing rotationally supporting the rotation transmitter with respect to the housing. A driving unit rotates the rotation transmitter. A gap adjusting unit adjusts a gap generated between the lower surface of the housing and the upper surface of the lower coupling unit to support the lower surface of the housing and the upper surface of the lower coupling unit. The present invention can enhance the durability of the power transmission unit.
본 발명은 굴삭기용 회전식 퀵커플러에 관한 것이다. 상부커플링부는 굴삭기의 암대에 연결된다. 하부커플링부는 상부커플링부로부터 하방으로 이격되어 배치되며, 어태치먼트를 착탈한다. 동력전달부는 상부커플링부의 하면에 고정되고 돌출 블록이 내주를 따라 돌출된 하우징과, 하부커플링부의 상면에 고정되고 상측 플랜지와 하측 플랜지가 외주를 따라 돌출되어 돌출 블록의 상측과 하측으로 진입되는 회전 전달체, 및 회전 전달체를 하우징에 대해 회전 지지하는 슬라이딩 베어링을 구비한다. 구동부는 회전 전달체를 회전시킨다. 틈새조절부는 하우징의 하면과 하부커플링부의 상면 사이에 발생되는 틈새를 조절해서 하우징의 하면과 하부커플링부의 상면을 지지한다.

본 발명은 굴삭기용 회전식 퀵커플러에 관한 것이다. 상부커플링부는 굴삭기의 암대에 연결된다. 하부커플링부는 상부커플링부로부터 하방으로 이격되어 배치되며, 어태치먼트를 착탈한다. 동력전달부는 상부커플링부의 하면에 고정되고 돌출 블록이 내주를 따라 돌출된 하우징과, 하부커플링부의 상면에 고정되고 상측 플랜지와 하측 플랜지가 외주를 따라 돌출되어 돌출 블록의 상측과 하측으로 진입되는 회전 전달체, 및 회전 전달체를 하우징에 대해 회전 지지하는 슬라이딩 베어링을 구비한다. 구동부는 회전 전달체를 회전시킨다. 틈새조절부는 하우징의 하면과 하부커플링부의 상면 사이에 발생되는 틈새를 조절해서 하우징의 하면과 하부커플링부의 상면을 지지한다.
