AUTO CLOSING TYPE HINGE DOOR SYSTEM
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an auto closing door system comprising: an auto closing hinge capable of lowering the risk of damage to a fixed hinge member by damping impact when a door closes; a pivot support capable of adjusting a gap under a door; and a door post enabling easy and proper attachment of a wallpaper. The auto closing hinge is formed by inserting a long bolt-type hinge shaft with a head into a shaft hole punched at the center of a plane of an upper pivot supporting an upper end of a door by being inserted into a pivot hole, which is formed in a bottom surface of a lintel of a doorframe, inserting a bracket, a short fixed hinge member with an inclined lower part, a short rotary hinge member with an inclined part, and a spring for pressing a washer and the rotary hinge member in order into a hinge shaft penetrated through the upper pivot, and coupling a nut after coupling a washer to a shaft end of the hinge shaft exposed to a lower side of the spring. The auto closing door system comprises: the auto close door hinge with an additional damping spring for a fixed hinge member damping some of the elasticity of the spring in the hinge shaft between the rotary hinge member and the fixed hinge member; the pivot support installed after modifying an existing pivot support to adjust the height of a pivot plate, wherein the existing pivot support fixates the pivot plate by inserting the pivot plate with a pivot hole into a pivot plate hole of a base plate to be attached to a doorway floor or a threshold, and pressing a lateral surface of the pivot plate with a lateral bolt; and the door post enabling easy and proper attachment of a wallpaper without a gap by having protrusion units in both sides of a door groove on the surface.
본 발명은 도어가 닫힐 때의 충격을 완화하여 고정 힌지부재의 파손 우려를 낮출 수 있는 자동닫힘형 힌지, 도어의 밑틈 조정이 가능한 피벗지지구, 그리고 의장지를 쉽고 바르게 부착할 수 있는 문설주로 이뤄지는 자동닫힘형 도어 시스템을 제공하려는 것으로서, 문틀의 윗인방 저면에 형성된 상부 피벗공에 끼워서 도어의 상단을 지지하는 상부 피벗의 평면 중심에 천공된 축공으로 머리가 달린 장척의 보울트형 힌지축이 내리 끼워지고, 상부 피벗을 관통해 내린 힌지축 부분에 브래킷과 하단이 빗면인 단관형 고정 힌지부재 그리고 상단이 빗면인 단관형 회전 힌지부재와 와셔 및 회전 힌지부재 압박용 스프링의 순으로 잇달아 끼워지고, 상기 스프링의 하단으로 노출된 힌지축의 축단에 와셔를 끼우고너트를 체결한 자동닫힘형 도어 힌지를 바탕으로 하되, 상기 회전 힌지부재와 고정 힌지부재 사이의 힌지축 상에 상기 스프링의 탄력을 일부 잠식하는 고정 힌지부재용 완충스프링이 추가 장전된 자동닫힘형 도어 힌지와; 출입구 바닥이나 문지방에 부착되는 기판의 피벗판공에 피벗공이 천공된 피벗판을 삽입하여 횡볼트로 측면을 압박해 고정하는 피벗지지구를 피벗판의 높낮이 조정이 가능하도록 개조한 피벗지지구와; 표면에서 도어홈의 폭을 경계로 그 양측에 종형 형 돌출부를 형성하여 빈틈없이 바르게 의장지를 부착할 수 있게 한 문설주;로 이뤄지는 자동닫힘형 도어 시스템을 특징으로 한다.
