The present invention relates to a device for excluding early rainwater and filtering rainwater. The device for excluding early rainwater and filtering rainwater comprises: a housing having a space formed therein to receive rainwater, a rainwater inlet and an initial rainwater outlet formed in opposite sides, and a rainwater outlet for storage formed on one side; a rainwater inlet pipe connected to the rainwater inlet of the housing; an initial rainwater discharge pipe connected to the initial rainwater outlet of the housing; a storage tank collecting pipe connected to the rainwater outlet for storage of the housing; and a combined water channel and filtering network connecting the initial rainwater outlet and the rainwater inlet of the housing. A lower region of the combined water channel and filtering network is formed in the form of a water channel, and the remaining area of the combined water channel and filtering network is composed of a filtering network having a plurality of through holes, so that some of the rainwater flows through the water channel to the initial rainwater outlet, and the rest is filtered through the filtering network of the combined water channel and filtering network and flows to the rainwater outlet for storage.
본 발명은 초기 우수 배제 및 여과 장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 초기 우수 배제 및 여과 장치는, 내부에 빗물이 수용되는 공간을 구비하고, 서로 대향되는 면에 빗물 유입구와 초기 우수 배출구가 형성되고, 일측면에 저장용 빗물 배출구가 형성된 하우징; 상기 하우징의 빗물 유입구에 연결된 빗물 유입관; 상기 하우징의 초기 우수 배출구에 연결된 초기 우수 방류관; 상기 하우징의 저장용 빗물 배출구에 연결된 저장조 집수관; 상기 하우징의 빗물 유입구와 초기 우수 배출구를 연결하는 수로 겸용 여과망; 을 구비하고, 상기 수로 겸용 여과망의 하부 영역은 수로의 형태로 이루어지고, 상기 수로 겸용 여과망의 나머지 영역은 복수 개의 관통홀들을 갖는 여과망으로 이루어져, 유입된 빗물의 일부는 수로를 통해 초기 우수 배출구로 흘러가고, 나머지는 수로 겸용 여과망의 여과망을 통해 여과된 후 저장용 빗물 배출구로 흘러가도록 구성된다.
