REPAIR AND REINFORCEMENT SYSTEM OF FIRE-DAMAGED BUILDINGS
The present invention relates to a repair and reinforcement system of a fire-damaged building so that rapid and accurate diagnosis of a damaged area of a building and a scope and quantity of repair and reinforcement target are accurately calculated to have economical and efficient repair and reinforcement based on rapid and accurate diagnosis. The repair and reinforcement system comprises: a site-based data unit collecting status data of a damaged building; a standard data unit extracting standard data corresponding to current status data from a construction drawing of the damaged building; a comparison data unit comparing the status data of the site-based data unit with the reference data of the reference data unit to set a shape of the damage, the scope of repair and reinforcement, and a work method; and a data calculation unit displaying the necessary work drawings and calculating the quantity of materials for maintenance and reinforcement so that maintenance and reinforcement can be proceeded according to a setting result of the comparison data unit.
본 발명은 건축물의 화재 피해 부위에 대하여 신속하고 정확한 진단이 이루어지고 이를 바탕으로 하여 보수 보강 대상의 범위와 물량을 정확히 산출하여 경제적이면서도 효율적인 보수 보강이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 화재 피해 건축물의 보수 보강 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 피해 건축물의 현황자료를 수집하는 현장 기초 데이터부와, 피해 건축물의 시공도면으로부터 현황자료에 대응하는 기준자료를 추출하는 기준 데이터부와, 현장 기초 데이터부의 현황자료와 기준 데이터부의 기준자료를 비교하여 손상의 형상과 보수 보강의 범위 및 작업방법을 설정하는 비교 데이터부와, 상기 비교 데이터부의 설정 결과에 따라 보수 보강이 진행될 수 있도록 필요한 작업도면의 표출과 보수 보강을 위한 자재의 물량이 산출되는 자료 산출부로 이루어진다.
