A disclosed ABS door allows a base pattern member in a state in which a pattern surface sheet and a pattern door main body adhesive layer are attached to a base pattern material to be placed on a door main body member in a state in which a door surface material and a door surface sheet are attached to a door filler and allows the door surface sheet and the base pattern material to be bonded to each other by the pattern door main body adhesive layer, thereby having no need to mold a pattern required in the door surface material into an intaglio, allowing the required pattern to be freely formed on a surface of the door main body member, and allowing time and costs required for forming the required pattern to be reduced.
개시되는 에이비에스 도어 충진재에 도어 표면재와 도어 표면 시트지가 부착된 상태의 도어 본체 부재 상에, 베이스 무늬재에 무늬 표면 시트지와 무늬 도어 본체 접착층이 부착된 상태의 베이스 무늬 부재가 올려지고, 상기 무늬 도어 본체 접착층에 의해 상기 도어 표면 시트지와 상기 베이스 무늬재가 서로 접착됨으로써, 상기 도어 표면재에 요구되는 무늬를 음각으로 성형해줄 필요가 없게 되고, 그에 따라 상기 도어 본체 부재의 표면에 상기 요구되는 무늬가 자유롭게 형성될 수 있고, 그러한 상기 요구되는 무늬의 형성에 소요되는 시간과 비용이 절감될 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.
