CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SHEATHING TEMPORARY FACILITY
The present invention relates to a construction method of a temporary earth retaining facility. A construction method of a temporary earth retaining facility, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: embedding and arranging lower ends of side piles at equal intervals, wherein the side pile is configured by integrally connecting, through a connection portion, a first flange having a rectangular cross-section along a boundary line and a second flange having a square cross-section by being narrower in width than the first flange, on the edge of the ground excavated inside the boundary line; (b) forming a retaining wall by laminating a rectangular soil retaining plate between the side piles through a groove portion formed between the first and second flanges; (c) installing a beam hanger in a longitudinal direction on an inner wall of the side pile, and fixing and installing, in a horizontal direction, a timbering strip having an H-shaped cross section on an upper portion of each of the beam hangers; (d) reinforcing a standing state of the retaining wall by installing a strut on each timbering string, and reinforcing each corner portion of the ground by installing a corner strut on each timbering string; and (e) grouting by injecting a chemical solution to the ground outside of the retaining wall through a water blocking method. Therefore, the present invention can secure a relatively large building area.
본 발명은 흙막이 가시설의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 흙막이 가시설의 시공방법은 (a) 경계선의 안쪽으로 터파기가 이루어진 지반의 외곽에 상기 경계선을 따라 횡단면이 직사각형인 제1 플랜지 및 상기 제1 플랜지보다 폭이 좁게 형성되어 횡단면이 정사각형인 제2 플랜지가 연결부를 통해 일체로 연결되어 구성된 측면말뚝의 하단부를 근입하여 등 간격으로 배열하는 단계; (b) 상기 제1,2 플랜지 사이에 형성된 홈부를 통해 측면말뚝 사이에 직사각형의 토류판을 적층 설치하여 흙막이벽체를 형성하는 단계; (c) 상기 측면말뚝의 내벽에 길이방향을 따라 보걸이를 설치하고, 각각의 상기 보걸이의 상부에 단면이 H형으로 구성된 지보공띠장을 수평방향으로 고정설치하는 단계; (d) 각각의 상기 지보공띠장에 버팀보를 설치하여 흙막이벽체의 기립상태를 보강하고, 상기 지반의 각 코너부분은 각각의 지보공띠장에 사보강재를 설치하여 보강하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 흙막이벽체의 외측 지반에 차수공법을 통해 약액을 주입하여 그라우팅을 하는 단계를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a construction method of a temporary earth retaining facility.
