본 발명품은 자전거나, 전동 탈것 등의 잠금장치가 길이조절이 용이하지 못하여 생기는 다양한 불편함을 해결할 수 있게하는 장치이다. 또한 잠금장치를 사용하지 않을 때 휴대가 편리하게 하는데 의미가 있다. 커터칼 따위에 쓰이는 가드레일을 이용하여 길이를 조절하며 다양한 상황에 따라 길이를 원하는 대로 조절할 수 있는 잠금장치이다.
