The present invention relates to a smoke and odor purification device for a smoking booth. The smoke and odor purification device for a smoking booth comprises: an inner gas detection unit (11) detecting an amount of inner harmful substances; a component analysis comparison unit (12) analyzing detection information of the inner gas detection unit (11); an inlet fan driving unit (13) which is operated based on an analysis of the component analysis comparison unit (12); and a purification filter (14) disposed in an inlet passage of external air. The component analysis comparison unit (12) determines a level of the harmful substance based on the amount of at least a predetermined harmful gas.
