The present invention relates to a preassembled wall which only requires a joint member to be installed and connected between neighboring preassembled wall units separated from each other to simplify joint construction between preassembled wall units, and allows lightweight permanent forms to be easily coupled in advance. According to the present invention, the preassembled wall is constructed by laterally connecting a plurality of preassembled wall units each including vertical support members which are L-beams arranged on the four corners of a rectangular shape, a plurality of horizontal support members to horizontally connect adjacent vertical support members to each other, and a lightweight permanent form coupled to the horizontal support members. The preassembled wall units are installed to be separated from adjacent preassembled wall units by a prescribed distance, and joint members are installed on both sides between the neighboring preassembled wall units. The joint member includes: a plurality of horizontal connection members of which both ends are fixed on the vertical support members of the preassembled wall units on both sides; and a lightweight permanent form coupled to the outside of the plurality of horizontal connection members.
본 발명은 상호 이격 배치되는 이웃하는 선조립 벽체 유니트 사이에 조인트 부재를 설치하여 연결하기만 하면 되어 선조립 벽체 유니트 간 접합부 시공이 매우 단순하고, 경량 영구거푸집의 사전 결합이 용이한 선조립 벽체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 선조립 벽체는 장방형의 네 모서리에 배치되는 ㄱ형강인 수직지지부재, 인접하는 수직지지부재를 수평 방향으로 상호 연결하는 복수의 수평지지부재 및 상기 수평지지부재에 결합되는 경량 영구거푸집으로 구성되는 복수의 선조립 벽체 유니트가 횡방향으로 연결되어 구성되는 선조립 벽체에서, 상기 선조립 벽체 유니트는 인접하는 선조립 벽체 유니트와 일정 간격 이격되게 설치되고, 상기 이웃하는 선조립 벽체 유니트의 사이 양측면에는 각각 조인트 부재가 설치되되, 상기 조인트 부재는 양단이 각각 양측의 선조립 벽체 유니트의 수직지지부재에 고정되는 복수의 수평연결부재 및 상기 복수의 수평연결부재 외측에 결합되는 경량 영구거푸집으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
