The present invention relates to an opening/closing device of a chain-type overhead door and, more specifically, to a chain-type overhead door wherein, instead of a wire rope, a chain is adopted as a driving means for opening/closing a door so as to prevent failure of an overhead door, which might occur when the wire rope is separated from a drum. Provided is an overhead door which comprises: a plurality of slats hinged to each other and including rollers installed on both sides thereof, wherein as the plurality of slats elevate, a door is opened/closed; a track extending along both sides and the ceiling of the door so as to guide rollers installed on the plurality of slats; a shaft rotatably installed across an upper end of the door and provided with sprockets formed on both sides thereof; a driving motor provided to rotate the shaft; a chain installed to rotate while having an upper portion thereof engaged with the sprockets of the shaft and a lower portion thereof engaged with idling sprockets provided on the bottom of the door, wherein a part of the chain is engaged with the slats such that the slats ascend during the rotation of the chain; a wire bent along an outer circumferential surface of the shaft and having a front end connected to the slats such that the slats ascend during rotation of the wire; and a drum around which the wire is wound, and which is separately disposed in a position where an uppermost slat is positioned, in an inward direction of the ceiling when the door is opened to the maximum.
본 발명은 체인형 오버헤드도어 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도어를 개폐하기 위한 구동수단으로 와이어로프 대신 체인을 채택하여 드럼으로부터 와이어로프가 이탈하여 발생하는 오버헤드도어의 고장을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 된 채인형 오버헤드도어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 본 발명은 서로 힌지 결합되고 양측에 롤러가 회전가능하도록 설치되며 승강함에 따라 출입문이 개폐되는 복수의 슬랫과; 상기 복수의 슬랫에 설치된 롤러를 가이드 하도록 출입문의 양측과 천정을 따라 연장되는 트랙과; 상기 출입문의 상단을 가로질러 회전가능하게 설치되며 양측에 스프라켓이 형성된 샤프트와; 상기 샤프트를 회전시키도록 구비된 구동모터와; 상부는 상기 샤프트의 스프라켓에 치합되고 하부는 출입문의 바닥에 구비된 아이들링 스프라켓에 치합되어 회전하며 일부가 상기 슬랫에 결합되어 회전함에 따라 상기 슬랫이 승강하도록 설치된 체인과; 상기 샤프트의 외주면을 따라 변곡되며 선단이 슬랫에 연결되어 회전함에 따라 상기 슬랫을 상승시키는 와이어와; 상기 와이어가 권취되고 출입문이 최대로 개방될 때 최상단의 슬랫이 위치하는 곳과 천정의 내측방향으로 이격되어 배치되는 드럼;을 포함하는 오버헤드도어를 제공한다.
The present invention relates to an opening/closing device of a chain-type overhead door and, more specifically, to a chain-type overhead door wherein, instead of a wire rope, a chain is adopted as a driving means for opening/closing a door so as to prevent failure of an overhead door, which might occur when the wire rope is separated from a drum.
