Environmentally Friendly Floor Structure and Its Construction Method
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly floor structure and a construction method thereof which allow rainwater to easily permeate into the ground in a sidewalk or a bicycle lane, a trail, a park, etc. without creating industrial waste of elastic chips of waste tires and cement. The eco-friendly floor structure comprises: cut ground (10) flattened by cutting ground by a prescribed depth; a lower layer unit (12) formed on the upper surface of the cut ground, wherein illite gravel, red soil powder, and a binder which is an adhesive are mixed therein; a base layer unit (14) formed on the upper surface of the lower layer unit (12), wherein ceramic powder, anhydrite powder, clay powder, salt powder, starch powder, and red soil powder are mixed therein; and a surface layer (16) formed on the upper surface of the base layer unit (14), wherein fly ash, silica gel, surface-coated sponge chips, dolomite, and a binder are mixed therein to absorb moisture, provide elasticity, and purify water quality.
본 발명은 시멘트, 폐타이어 탄성칩의 산업폐기물을 발생시키지 않으면서 보도나 자전거 전용도로, 산책로, 공원 등에 빗물이 쉽게 지층내부로 투수될 수 있도록 하는 친환경 바닥구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 지반을 소정깊이로 절토하여 평탄화한 절토지(10)와; 상기 절토지의 상면에 형성되되, 일라이트 자갈, 적토가루, 접착제인 바인더가 혼합되어 있는 하층부(12)와; 상기 하층부(12)의 상면에 형성되되, 세라믹가루, 무수 석고가루, 점토가루, 소금가루, 전분가루, 적토가루가 혼합되어 있는 기층부(14)와; 상기 기층부(14)의 상면에 형성되되, 플라이애시, 실라카겔, 표면이 코팅된 해면스펀지 칩, 백운석가루, 바인더가 혼합되어 수분흡수, 탄성제공, 수질정화를 하는 표층(16)으로 이루어진다.
