The present invention is an invention developing a general roll blind sold in the market (a blind winding part and a blind controller) into a picture-frame-type window. A roll blind winding part and a blind controller are inserted into a blind frame, and a blind edge on which a landscape or person is printed is moved into an open space of the blind frame, thereby adding an aesthetic impression and an artistic value to the blind. As a functional window, the present invention can perform functions for blocking light such as sunlight as much as a necessary amount, saving energy by preventing a loss of heat caused by a temperature difference between indoor and outdoor areas, and effectively blocking fine dust flowing in through a window gap. As main components, the present invention comprises a blind frame fixed and installed in a window frame, a blind winding part, a blind control part and an actually described blind. The blind can be moved up and down through the blind control part, the blind can be removed totally not to be seen when not necessary, and a necessarily moderate amount of light can be blocked in regard to the blocking of light. In case of fine dust, the present invention can prevent fine dust with the full blocking of the blind as well as can prevent a loss of heat with the full blocking of the blind when needing to prevent a loss of heat caused by a temperature difference between indoor and outdoor areas. Since the general blind winding part, the controller and the blind are inserted into the blind frame, the blind can be moved up and down through the blind controller, when necessary, thereby performing functions for blocking the front side of the blind and completely hiding the blind as well as freely controlling light by a desired amount.

본 발명은 시중에 판매되는 일반적인 롤 브라인드(브라인드 권취부 및 브라인드 조절기)를 이용하여 액자형 창호로 발전시킨 발명으로, 브라인드 프레임에 롤 브라인드 권취부, 브라인드 조절기를 삽입하고, 브라인드프레임의 개방된 공간으로 풍경 또는 인물이 인쇄된 브라인드 가장자리를 이동케 함으로서 브라인드에 신미감과 예술성을 추가하였다. 기능적으로 창문에 있어, 태양광 등 빛을 필요한 만큼 차단 가능하고, 실내외 온도차에 따른 열손실을 방지하여 에너지를 절감할 수 있고, 창문 틈으로 들어오는 미세먼지를 효과적으로 차단하는 기능을 수행한다. 주요구성품으로 창문틀에 고정 설치하는 브라인드 프레임, 브라인드 권취부, 브라인드 조절부 및 실사된 브라인드로 구성된다. 브라인드의 승하강은 브라인드 조절부를 통하여 가능하고, 브라인드가 필요 없을 시에는 창문에서 완전히 보이지 않게 제거가 가능하며, 빛의 차단에 있어서는 필요로 하는 적당량의 빛에 대해 차단이 가능하다. 미세먼지 발생시에는 브라인드의 완전차단으로 예방이 가능할뿐 아니라 실내외 온도차에 의한 열손실을 방지코자 할 때, 브라인드의 완전차단으로 열손실을 방지 할 수 있다 상기와 같이 일반적인 브라인드 권취부, 조절기 및 실사된 브라인드를 브라인드 프레임 내부 삽입하여, 필요시 브라인드 조절기로 실사된 브라인드의 승하강이 가능하여, 창문에 있어 브라인드의 전면차단과 완전 숨김 기능 뿐만아니라 원하는 만큼의 자유로운 빛 조절이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
