To achieve a purpose of the present invention, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the finger protection cover includes: a fixed part fixed to the lower surface of an upper door frame; a cover part including a cover plate having a plate shape, a rotary pillar having one side into which at least one part of the fixed part is inserted to form a rotary hole such that rotation around the fixed part is possible, and an engaged protrusion protruding from one side; and an elastic part including an elastic plate having a plate shape having a length to surround at least one part of the rotary pillar, a first bending part bending one end of the elastic plate to be engaged with the engaged protrusion, and a second bending part bending the other end of the elastic plate in a direction opposite to the first bending part and placed between the rotary pillar and the door frame. According to the present invention, as a space between a door frame and a door is elastically covered with a plate-shaped cover part, a user can fundamentally prevent a finger from being stuck, thereby preventing accidents to the user.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 손가락 끼임 방지 커버는, 상부 도어 프레임의 하면에 고정되는 고정부; 판체형상의 커버플레이트와, 일측에 상기 고정부의 적어도 일부가 삽입되어 상기 고정부를 중심으로 회동가능하도록 회동홀이 형성된 회동기둥, 및 일면에 돌출된 걸림턱을 포함하는 커버부; 및 길이를 갖는 판체형상으로 상기 회동기둥을 적어도 일부 감싸는 탄성플레이트와, 상기 탄성플레이트의 일단이 상기 걸림턱에 걸리도록 절곡된 제1절곡부, 및 상기 탄성플레이트의 타단이 상기 제1절곡부와 반대되는 방향으로 절곡되고 상기 회동기둥과 상기 도어 프레임 사이에 배치되는 제2절곡부를 포함하는 탄성부;를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명은 플레이트 형상의 커버부를 탄성을 이용해 도어 프레임과 도어 사이를 덮으므로, 사용자는 손가락이 투입되는 상황을 원천적으로 방지할 수 있어 사용자의 안전사고를 방지할 수 있다.
