본 발명은 파티션에 설치되는 벨트라인을 개폐하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 벨트라인의 상단을 개방 또는 폐쇄하거나 별도의 기구를 사용하지 않고도 간단한 조작만으로 벨트라인을 완전히 탈착할 수 있어 벨트라인 내부의 배선 작업 및 통신부품 등의 설치가 용이하고, 특히 벨트라인의 탈착시 안정적인 폐쇄상태를 유지할 수 있으며, 개방을 위해 무리한 힘을 가하지 않고도 쉽게 개방할 수 있는 파티션 벨트라인 개폐장치에 관한 기술분야가 개시된다. 또한, 본 발명은 자성에 의한 결합을 이용하여 간단한 조작만으로도 안정적으로 쉽게 탈착이 가능한 효과를 얻을 수 있고, 특히 벨트라인의 탈착시 자성 및 한 쌍의 체결부를 이용하여 안정적인 폐쇄상태를 유지할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 상기 한 쌍의 체결부를 해제함으로써, 탈착구조의 파손을 최소화하며 쉽게 개방할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
