The present invention relates to a frame of a prefabricated structure, and more specifically, to a frame of a prefabricated structure, which allows a vertical frame which is a vertical structure and a horizontal frame which is a horizontal structure, provided to fixate interior/exterior panels to the inner/outer walls of a building or to be used as various structures (a vinyl greenhouse, a bed, a bookshelf, a display stand and the like), to be inserted and assembled without a welding construction process and a bolt construction process, thereby facilitating ease in installation and disassembly. Therefore, the causes of fire outbreak or corrosion generation during the welding construction can be removed. Moreover, the bolt assembly is not required, thereby shortening the construction period and significantly reducing labor costs. To this end, provided in the present invention is a prefabricated frame for fixating an exterior frame, which comprises: a vertical frame (100) which is arranged in a vertical direction, wherein a plurality of fastening grooves (110) are individually formed in the longitudinal direction at left and right side surfaces at a predetermined interval, and a plurality of bolt holes (120) are individually formed at each gap between the plurality of fastening grooves (110) and the fastening grooves (110); and a horizontal frame (200) which is arranged in a horizontal direction, wherein a pair of hook pieces (210), having a hanging groove (211) formed so as to be inserted and fixedly fit into the fastening groove (110) formed at the vertical frames (100), are individually formed to protrude from both distal ends.
본 발명은 조립식 구조를 갖는 프레임에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물의 내/외벽에 내/외장패널을 고정하거나 다양한 구조물(예: 비닐하우스,침대,책장,진열대 등)로 사용하기 위한 수직 구조물인 수직프레임과 수평 구조물인 수평프레임을 용접시공 및 볼트시공 과정이 없이 끼움 조립시킴으로써 설치 및 해체가 용이하고, 용접시공시 화재 발생이나 부식 발생 요인을 제거함과 아울러 따로 볼트 조립이 필요 없어 공사시간을 단축함은 물론 인건비를 현저히 줄일 수 있도록 한 조립식 구조를 갖는 프레임에 관한 것이다.이러한 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은 수직방향으로 배치되며, 좌/우측면에는 길이방향을 따라 일정간격으로다수개의체결홈(110)이 각각 형성되고, 상기 다수개의 체결홈(110)과 체결홈(110)의 각 사이에는 각각 다수개의 볼공트(120)이 형성된 수직프레임(100); 및 수평방향으로 배치되며, 양끝단에는 각각 상기 수직프레임(100)에 형성 된 체결홈(110)에 삽입되어 끼움 고정되도록 걸이홈(211)이 형성된 한 쌍의 걸고리편(210)이 돌출 형성된 수평프레임(200);을 포함하여 구성된 외장프레임 고정용 조립식 프레임을 제공한다.
