PRECAST TYPE HOLLOW CONCRETE SLAB CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR WALL-TYPE APARTMENT AND PRECAST TYPE HOLLOW CONCRETE SLAB USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a precast type hollow slab construction method for a wall-type structure apartment and a precast type hollow slab system, wherein the concept of a long-lived apartment of a wall-type structure is applied to remove a conventional bearing wall within households to replace the same with a partition wall within households, thereby guaranteeing variability within households. In addition, because a unidirectional precast concrete slab having a PC truss girder can be applied by using the bearing wall between households, the even thickness of the slab can be guaranteed. Furthermore, because the mold of the slab can be omitted, the construction period can be shortened, and the quality of the slab construction can be improved. Moreover, as for the problem in which the self-weight of the slab is increased by the increase in the thickness of the slab, the self-weight thereof can be reduced by the structure of the hollow slab having a hollow body which is monolithically constructed with the precast type concrete slab. Consequently, as for the problem of noise between floors, the hollow slab system provided with a high strength because of the increase in the thickness of the slab and a light weight can effectively reduce the harm caused by the structure-borne noise. To this end, the present invention comprises: a bearing wall between households; a non-bearing partition wall; and an inner slab.
본 발명은 벽식 구조 공동주택의 프리캐스트형 중공슬래브 시공방법 및 프리캐스트 중공슬래브 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 벽식구조의 장수명 공동주택의 개념을 적용하여 종래의 세대내 내력벽을 제거하고 이를 세대내 칸막이벽으로 대체할 수 있으므로 세대 내에서 가변성을 확보할 수 있고, 세대간 내력벽을 이용하여 PC트러스 거더를 가지는 1방향 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브를 적용할 수 있기 때문에, 균일한 슬래브 두께를 형성할 수 있고, 슬래브 거푸집을 생략할 수 있으므로 공사기간을 단축하고 슬래브 시공의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 슬래브의 두께가 증가되어 슬래브의 자중이 증가하는 문제를 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브와 일체로 시공되는 중공체를 가지는 중공슬래브의 구조에 의해 자중을 경감할 수 있고, 층간소음문제를 슬래브의 두께 증가에 의해 강성이 크면서도 무게가 적은 중공슬래브 시스템에 의해 중량충격음에 의한 피해를 효과적으로 절감할 수 있다.
