FLEXIBLE SPRINKLER HEAD FOR FREEZE PROTECTION
A flexible freezing preventive sprinkler head according to the present invention comprises: a flexible tube having openings at both ends thereof; a supply line connection unit having an opening for receiving firefighting water by being coupled to one end of the flexible tube to be connected to a branch tube connected to a water feeding pipe; a waterproof line connection unit connected to the other end of the flexible tube and having a waterproof device for waterproofing the firefighting water; a check valve provided in the supply line connection unit to prevent the firefighting water from being introduced into the flexible tube; a sealing member covering the waterproof device to prevent the firefighting water from being discharged through the waterproof device; a heat sensing means supporting the sealing member such that the sealing member maintains a state of covering the waterproof device; and a frame provided at an end portion of the waterproof line connection unit and supporting the heat sensing means, wherein the inside of the flexible tube is filled with a reinforced solution with corrosion resistance and freezing tolerance to solve inconvenience when a sprinkler facility is installed and to prevent freezing.
본 발명에 따른 플렉서블 동파 방지 스프링클러 헤드는 양단에서 개구를 갖는 플렉서블관; 상기 플렉서블관의 일단에 결합되어 급수관에 연결된 지관과 연결되어 소화수를 받도록 개구를 갖는 공급 라인 연결부; 상기 플렉서블관의 타단에 결합되어 소화수가 방수되는 방수구를 갖는 방수 라인 연결부; 상기 공급 라인 연결부에 구비되어 소화수가 상기 플렉서블관으로 유입되는 것을 막는 체크밸브; 상기 방수구을 커버하여 소화수가 상기 방수구를 통하여 방출되는 것을 막는 밀폐부재; 상기 밀폐부재가 상기 방수구를 커버한 상태를 유지하도록 지지하는 감열수단; 및 상기 방수 라인 연결부의 단부에 구비되며 상기 감열수단을 지지하는 프레임을 구비하고, 상기 플렉서블관의 내부에는 내부식성 및 내동결성을 가지는 강화액이 충진됨으로써 스프링클러설비의 설치 시 불편함을 해소할 수 있으며, 동파를 방지할 수 있다.
