NON-POINT CONTAMINANT REDUCING DEVICE FOR TREATMENT OF FIRST RAIN WATER
The present invention relates to a non-point contaminant reducing apparatus for treatment of initial rainwater, which can purify non-point contaminants such as organic nutrient salts, heavy metals, oils, various impurities, etc. contained in initial rainwater and smoothly drain introduced rainwater irrespective of the volume of rainwater. The non-point contaminant reducing apparatus for treatment of initial rainwater comprises: a precipitation tank (10) collecting the rainwater introduced from the surface of a road; a filtering tank (20) receiving the rainwater discharged from the precipitation tank (10) to discharge the rainwater through a plurality of drainage holes (21) formed at the lower part; a flow rate distribution cell (30) installed at the upper side within the filtering tank (20) to distribute the rainwater, supplied from the precipitation tank (10), to a plurality of vegetation treatment units and infiltration treatment units and to drain the rainwater to the lower side; a first filtering treatment unit (40) installed at the lower part of the flow rate distribution cell (30) to supply the drained rainwater and draining first filtered water to the lower side wherein the first filtered water is obtained by filtering non-point contaminants, contained in the rainwater, by a first filtering material (41); a second filtering treatment unit (50) installed at the lower part of the first filtering treatment unit (40) to supply the first filtered water which has been drained and draining second filtered water to the lower side wherein the second filtered water is obtained by filtering the first filtered water; and an overflow water treatment channel (60) formed at both sides of the second filtering treatment unit (50) such that the second filtered water not drained through a drainage hole (21) overflows to be introduced into an overflow water inlet (61) and the overflow water introduced through the overflow water inlet (61) is discharged through an overflow water outlet (62) of the filtering tank (20) to undergo sewage treatment.
본 발명은 초기우수에 포함된 유기영양염류, 중금속, 오일류, 각종 협잡물 등의 비점오염물질을 정화시키고, 우수량에 관계없이 유입된 우수를 원활히 배수시킬 수 있는 초기우수처리를 위한 비점오염물질 저감장치에 관한 것으로, 노면으로부터 유입된 우수가 집수되는 침전조(10)와, 상기 침전조(10)에서 배출된 우수가 공급되어 하부에 형성된 다수개의 배수홀(21)을 통해 지하에 배출되는 여과조(20)와, 상기 여과조(20)의 내부 상측에 설치되어 침전조(10)에서 공급된 우수가 각각 복수개로 이루어진 식생처리부와 침투처리부에 분배되어 하방으로 배수되는 유량분배셀(30)과, 상기 유량분배셀(30)의 하부에 배수된 우수가 공급되게 설치되어 그 우수에 포함된 비점오염물질을 제1여과재(41)로 여과시킨 제1여과수가 하방으로 배수되는 제1여과처리부(40)와, 상기 제1여과처리부(40)의 하부에 배수된 제1여과수가 공급되게 설치되어 그 제1여과수를 여과시킨 제2여과수가 하방으로 배수되는 제2여과처리부(50)와, 상기 제2여과처리부(50)의 양측에 상기 배수홀(21)을 통해 배수되지 못한 제2여과수가 월류되어 월류수유입구(61)에 유입되고, 그 월류수유입구(61)를 통해 유입된 월류수가 상기 여과조(20)의 월류수배출구(62)로 배출되어 하수 처리되도록 형성된 월류처리수로(60)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
