SMART TUNNEL ENTRANCE BLOCKING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a smart tunnel entry blocking apparatus. The vehicle entry blocking apparatus is installed on a disaster risk road or a tunnel access road where flooding or rockslides and vehicle collision accidents can occur frequently to sense an accident when the accident occurs and block entry of vehicles to prevent secondary accidents. The smart tunnel entry blocking apparatus comprises: a frame consisting of a vertical frame erected on both sides of a disaster risk road and a horizontal member connecting the upper ends of both sides of the vertical member; a moving member installed to be moved to the left and right along a moving rail installed to be extended in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member; an entry blocking screen installed to be wound on and unwound from a winding bar installed on the moving member and connected to a motor, and provided with a warning phrase which is written on one surface thereof and shows entry prohibition of vehicles; a warning means installed on an upper portion of the frame to show entry prohibition of entering vehicles in a disaster risk situation; a control unit to control driving of the entry blocking screen, the warning means, and the moving member; and a weight member which consists of a tubular body of a pipe shape filled with sand, and is arranged on the lower edge of the entry blocking screen to apply a load to vertically pull the entry blocking screen.
본 발명은 침수나 낙석 및 차량 추돌사고가 다발적으로 발생 가능한 재난위험 도로나 터널 진입로에 설치되어 사고시 이를 감지하면서 차량의 진입을 차단하여 2차사고를 미연에 방지하는 차량 진입 차단장치에 있어서, 재난위험 도로의 양측에 입설되는 수직부재와 상기 수직부재의 양측 상단을 연결하는 수평부재로 이루어진 프레임; 상기 수평부재의 길이방향으로 연장되게 설치된 이동레일을 따라 좌우로 이동 가능하게 설치된 이동부재; 상기 이동부재에 설치되고 모터에 연결된 권취봉에 감기고 풀릴 수 있게 설치되고, 일면에는 차량의 진입금지를 알리는 경고문구가 표기된 진입차단막; 상기 프레임의 상부에 설치되어 재난 위험시 진입되는 차량의 진입금지를 알리는 경고수단; 상기 진입차단막과 상기 경고수단과 이동부재의 구동을 제어하는 제어부; 및 내부에 모래가 채워진 파이프 형상의 관형체로 이루어지고 상기 진입차단막의 하부 가장자리단에 배치되어 상기 진입차단막을 수직으로 당기도록 하중을 가하는 웨이트 부재;를 포함하는 스마트 터널진입 차단장치를 개시한다.
