ARTIFICIAL TURF WITH ELASTIC LAYER AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME
According to the present invention, an artificial turf with an elasticity providing layer includes: a support layer having a first surface and a second surface which is an opposite surface of the first surface; a turf pile planted on the support layer so as to protrude from the first surface; an elasticity providing layer planted on the support layer so as to protrude from the first surface at a height lower than the turf pile; and a coating layer formed on the second surface so as to cover the second surface of the support layer and fixing a lower end portion of the turf pile and a lower end portion of the elasticity providing layer.
본 발명에 따른 탄성제공층을 포함하는 인조잔디는, 제1면 및 상기 제1면의 반대 면인 제2면을 갖는 지지층, 상기 제1면 상에 돌출되도록 상기 지지층에 식모된 잔디파일, 상기 잔디파일보다 낮은 높이로 상기 제1면 상에 돌출되도록 상기 지지층에 식모되는 탄성제공층 및 상기 지지층의 제2면을 덮도록 상기 제2면 상에 형성되어, 상기 잔디파일의 하단부 및 상기 탄성제공층의 하단부를 고정시키는 코팅층을 포함한다.

According to the present invention, an artificial turf with an elasticity providing layer includes: a support layer having a first surface and a second surface which is an opposite surface of the first surface; a turf pile planted on the support layer so as to protrude from the first surface; an elasticity providing layer planted on the support layer so as to protrude from the first surface at a height lower than the turf pile; and a coating layer formed on the second surface so as to cover the second surface of the support layer and fixing a lower end portion of the turf pile and a lower end portion of the elasticity providing layer.
본 발명에 따른 탄성제공층을 포함하는 인조잔디는, 제1면 및 상기 제1면의 반대 면인 제2면을 갖는 지지층, 상기 제1면 상에 돌출되도록 상기 지지층에 식모된 잔디파일, 상기 잔디파일보다 낮은 높이로 상기 제1면 상에 돌출되도록 상기 지지층에 식모되는 탄성제공층 및 상기 지지층의 제2면을 덮도록 상기 제2면 상에 형성되어, 상기 잔디파일의 하단부 및 상기 탄성제공층의 하단부를 고정시키는 코팅층을 포함한다.
