DOOR ROLLER FOR SLIDE-DOOR
The present invention relates to a door roller for a sliding door comprising: an out-case accommodated and fixed in a lower side of a sliding door, and opened towards a lower guide of a door frame; an in-case provided in the out-case through an opened lower side of the out-case, and opened towards the lower guide; a roller unit rotatably supported on the in-case, and rolled and rotated along the lower guide to guide a movement of the sliding door; a height adjustment part to finely adjust the height of the in-case with respect to the lower guide in accordance with the distance between the out-case and the lower guide; and a support protrusion part elastically extended from the edge of the opened lower side of the out-case to support a lower side of the in-case. The door roller is provided to finely adjust the height in accordance with the distance between the bottom of the door frame and the sliding door in comparison to a conventional technique. The out-case supports the in-case to prevent a load from being concentrated on a support pin rotatably connecting a rolling roller to the in-case and the out-case to increase the durability of the roller unit. The support pin is rotated while being restricted on the in-case to prevent an axial movement of the support pin.
본 발명은 슬라이드 도어용 호차에 관한 것으로, 슬라이드 도어의 하측 내부에 수용되어 고정되고 도어틀의 하부가이드 측으로 개방되는 아웃케이스, 아웃케이스의 개방된 하측을 통해 아웃케이스 내부에 구비되며 하부가이드 측으로 개방되는 인케이스, 인케이스에 회전 가능하게 지지되고 하부가이드를 따라 구름 회전됨으로써 슬라이드 도어의 이동을 안내하는 롤러유닛, 아웃케이스와 하부가이드의 간격에 따라 하부가이드에 대한 인케이스의 높이를 미세하게 조정하는 높이조정부, 및 인케이스의 하측을 지지하도록 아웃케이스의 개방된 하측의 가장자리에서 탄성적으로 연장되는 지지턱부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 도어틀의 바닥과 슬라이드 도어 간의 간격에 따라 높이를 미세하게 조정 가능하도록 구비되는 호차에 있어, 인케이스를 아웃케이스가 받쳐 지지함으로써 구름롤러를 인케이스와 아웃케이스에 회전 가능하게 연결하는 서포트핀에 하중이 집중되는 것을 방지함에 따라 롤러유닛의 내구성을 증대할 수 있고, 서포트핀을 인케이스에 구속된 채 회전되도록 하여 서포트핀의 축 방향 이동을 방지할 수 있다.
