Gang form for rib molding of outer wall apartment
According to the present invention, a gang form for forming a rib of an outer wall of an apartment of a vacant lot has concave units and protruding units repeatedly bent on a plane to form a rib protruding on the outer wall of the apartment. A finishing member is manufactured to have a shape corresponding to the concave units. A plurality of magnets are formed in the finishing member to be easily separated from and coupled to the concave units by a worker in accordance with the floor height of the apartment. The rib can be selectively formed in accordance with the floor height of the apartment to secure an elegant appearance of the apartment to allow the differentiated apartment to be constructed. The present invention forms the finishing member to correspond to the concave units formed on the gang form and inserts the magnets into the finishing member to be separated from and coupled to the gang form of a metallic material to improve work efficiency and drastically shorten construction periods. The present invention avoids conventional bolt coupling and welding methods to prevent concrete from spilling to the outside when depositing the concrete to minimize causes of poor construction and construct the apartment with an elegant appearance. The present invention can form ribs having shapes of various figures (logos) or characters on an outer wall of the apartment to secure an elegant appearance of the apartment, provide consumers with a good impression of an apartment brand, and increase preferences.
본 고안은 아파트의 외벽에 돌출되는 리브를 성형하기 위해서 평면상으로 오목부와 돌출부가 반복적으로 절곡된 공지의아파트 외벽의 리브 성형용 갱폼에 있어서, 상기 오목부와 대응되는 형상을 갖도록 마감부재를 제작하되, 상기 마감부재의내부에는 다수개의 자석을 형성하여 아파트의 층높이에 따라서 작업자가 상기 오목부에서 쉽게 분리 및 결합할 수 있도록이루어지는 아파트 외벽의 리브 성형용 갱폼을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 고안은 아파트의 층높이에 따라서 선택적으로 리브를 성형할 수 있으므로 아파트의 미려한 외관을 확보하여 차별화된 아파트를 시공할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다. 본 고안은갱폼에 형성된 오목부와 대응되도록 마감부재를 형성하되 마감부재의 내부에는 자석을 삽입하여 금속재질의 갱폼과 분리및 결합함으로써 작업효율 및 시공기간을 획기적으로 단축할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다. 본 고안은 종래와 같이 볼트결합 및용접방식이 탈피하여 콘크리트 타설시 외부유출을 사전에 방지하여 부실시공의 원인을 최소화함은 물론 미려한 외관을 갖는 아파트를 시공할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다. 본 고안은 아파트의 외벽에 다양한 도형(로고) 또는 문자의 형태를 갖는 리브를 성형할 수 있으므로 아파트 외관의 미려함을 확보함과 동시에 소비자들에게 아파트 브랜드의 이미지 부각 및 선호도를상승시킬 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안이다.
