.COMPOSITION FOR CEMENTIOUS FLOOR HIGH STRENGTH MORTAR
The present invention relates to a high-strength mortar composition for cement-based floor construction. The composition comprises cement, sand, fly ash, slag, an anti-crack material, and an admixture. The admixture is composed of a fluidifying agent and a viscosity adjuster. The viscosity adjuster is modified clay containing poloxamer. When constructing floors on site, construction can be performed while workability is good even at a low water/mortar (W/M) ratio. Accordingly, floor construction that meets quality standards is possible.
본 발명은 시멘트계 바닥 시공용 고강도 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 시멘트, 모래, 플라이애쉬, 슬래그, 균열방지재 및 혼화제를 포함하되, 상기 혼화제는 유동화제 및 점도 조절제로 이루어지며, 상기 점도 조절제는 폴록사머(poloxamer)를 함유하는 변성점토인 것을 특징으로 하며, 현장에서 바닥 시공 시 낮은 물/모르타르(W/M)비에서도 작업성이 양호하여 시공이 가능하도록 하며, 품질기준을 만족하는 바닥 시공이 가능하도록 하는 시멘트계 바닥 시공용 고강도 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다.
