Provided is a waterproof structure for a solar panel roof and a solar panel wall, which comprises: a plurality of support units arranged in a first direction (Y), wherein each of the support units includes at least one first drainage channel; a plurality of spacing units arranged on the support units in a second direction (X), wherein each of the spacing units includes a second drainage channel; a plurality of solar panel modules; a plurality of first waterproof fixing units; a plurality of second waterproof fixing units; and a plurality of fastening units. The plurality of support units and the plurality of spacing units form a plurality of accommodation spaces in a matrix arrangement so as to accommodate the solar panel modules. The plurality of first waterproof fixing units are arranged on the plurality of spacing units, and the plurality of second waterproof fixing units are arranged on the plurality of support units.
