Slate for venetian blinds
The present invention relates to a slat for a Venetian blind which is lightweight and has required strength by laminating fabric sheets in which warp yarn and weft yarn are woven and hot-fixing the fabric sheets through a binder resin, particularly prevents an edge portion of a cut slat panel from being exposed to the outside to prevent outside exposure of an irregularly cut edge portion and physical damage, and secures improved insulation performance. According to the present invention, the slat for a Venetian blind comprises: a slat panel resulting from cutting a full-width forming panel into a set width and a set breadth; and a band member annularly covering an edge portion of the cut slat panel. The band member consists of an annular body having a bending groove of a C-shaped cross section enclosing three surfaces including the upper, lower, and outer surfaces of the edge portion of the slat panel on the inner circumferential surface thereof.
본 발명은 경사와 위사가 직조된 직물지들을 적층 및 바인더 수지를 통해 열간 고착하여 가벼우면서 요하는 강도를 겸비하고, 특히 제단된 슬랫 패널 가장자리부의 외부 노출을 방지하여 불균일한 절단된 가장자리부의 외부 노출과 물리적인 손상을 방지하고, 또 향상된 단열성능이 확보되도록 한 베네시안 블라인드용 슬랫에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 전폭의 성형패널을 설정폭과 설정너비로 절취한 슬랫 패널과; 상기 절취된 슬랫 패널의 가장자리부를 환형 커버하는 밴드부재를 포함하되, 상기 밴드부재는, 내경면에 슬랫 패널 가장자리부의 상부면과 하부면 및 외측면을 포함하는 3면을 감싸는 "ㄷ"자형 단면의 밴딩홈을 갖는 환형체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
