REINFORCING ROD FIXING SYSTEM FOR PRICAST CONCRETE COLUMN
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a position of a connection rebar for constructing a precast concrete pillar. As a laser point mounting unit is attached to a horizontal frame of metal fixing fittings, a laser emitted from a laser point mounted on the laser point mounting unit is adjusted to be matched with a pillar position marking marked on foundation concrete, thereby enabling the metal fixing fittings with which connection rebars are connected, to be fixed to accurate spots. As a control bolt having a bolt head is engaged with the bottom of a vertical frame of the metal fixing fittings, the horizontality of the metal fixing fittings can be accurately and precisely adjusted. Connection rebar insertion grooves having an opening part are formed in upper and lower horizontal frames of the metal fixing fittings, and a clamp with which a fixing bolt is engaged is installed outside the opening part and, thus, after the fixture of the metal fixing fittings, the connection rebars inserted into the connection rebar insertion grooves of the metal fixing fittings can be fixed by the clamp so as to enable a worker to accurately and conveniently install the metal fixing fittings without separate equipment, thereby more easily and accurately carrying out the precise adjustment of a protruding length and a position of the connection rebars for assembling precast concrete pillars.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 기둥 구축용 연결철근의 위치 고정 장치에 관한 것으로, 고정용 철물의 수평 프레임에 레인저 포인트 장착구가 부착되어, 레이저 포인트 장착구에 장착된 레이저 포인트에서 발사되는 레이저가 버림 콘크리트 상에 표시된 기둥 위치 먹메김 표시와 일치되게 조정하여, 연결철근이 연결될 고정용 철물을 정확한 지점에 고정 설치할 수 있게 하고, 상기 고정용 철물의 수직 프레임의 하단부에 볼트머리가 구비된 조절볼트가 체결되어, 고정용 철물의 수평 상태를 정확하게 미세 조정할 수 있게 하며, 상기 고정용 철물의 상,하 수평 프레임에 개방부가 구비된 연결철근 삽입요홈이 형성되고, 상기 개방부 외측으로 고정볼트가 체결된 클램프가 설치되어, 고정용 철물의 고정 설치후, 고정용 철물의 연결철근 삽입요홈에 삽입되는 연결철근을 클램프로 고정시킬 수 있게 하여, 고정용 철물을 별도의 장비없이도 작업자가 간편히 정확하게 설치할 수 있게 함으로써, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 기둥의 조립을 위한 연결철근의 위치와 돌출 길이의 미세 조절을 보다 쉽고 정확하게 수행할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
