Anti-skid adhesion lane pad of the color sandpaper layer
The present invention relates to an anti-slip adhesive traffic lane pad of a color sandpaper layer, which comprises: a color sandpaper layer (120) formed by injecting diamond particles, bind resin and pigments into one side of a fabric having a predetermined width, to generate a warning sound when coming in contact with a tire of a driving vehicle; an adhesive layer (130) formed of a butyl composition on the other side of the fabric to be firmly bonded to concrete or asphalt ground; and a release sheet (110) attached to the outer surface of the adhesive layer (130). The anti-slip adhesive traffic lane pad is convenient to construct, has an anti-slip effect while being resistant to friction with a tire, provides a traffic lane which can be vivid for a long time due to a long lifespan and wear resistance, induces correct driving by generating a warning sound when coming in contact with a tire of a driving vehicle, and has an effect of contributing to safe driving by preventing a slip due to excellent friction with a tire of a driving vehicle even in the case of snow or rain.
본 발명은 소정의 폭을 가진 직물의 일면에 금강석 입자와 바인드 수지 및, 안료를 넣어 형성되어 운행 차량의 타이어와 접촉시 경고음을 발생하는 칼라 샌드페이퍼층(120)과; 상기 직물의 반대쪽 면에 부틸조성물로 형성되어 콘크리트 바닥이나 아스팔트 바닥에 견고하게 접착되도록 형성된 점착층(130)과; 점착층(130) 외면에 부착된 이형지(110);로 형성된 특징으로 하는 칼라 샌드페이퍼층의 미끄럼방지 점착식 차선패드에 관한 것으로, 시공이 간편하며, 타이와 마찰에 견고하면서 미끄럼방지 효과를 가진 것이며, 긴 수명과 비마모성으로 오랫동안 선명한 차선을 제공하며, 주행 차량의 타이어와 접촉시 경고음을 발생하여 바른운전을 유도하며, 비, 눈이 오더라도 주행 차량의 타이어와 마찰이 뛰어나 미끄럼을 방지하여 안전운행에 기여하는 효과가 있다.
