The present invention relates to a device including a sensor using a pyroelectric material, and an electric wire including a sensor using a pyroelectric material. The sensor forms the pyroelectric device using the pyroelectric material and inserts the same into a resistor or the electric wire around the resistor to detect heat generated when the overcurrent occurs, thereby preventing the overcurrent.
본 발명은 초전체 물질을 이용한 센서를 포함한 소자 및 초전체 센서를 포함한 전선에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 초전 물질을 사용하여 초전 소자를 만들어 저항체나 저항체 근처의 전선에 삽입하여 과전류가 발생할 때 생기는 열을 감지하여 과전류를 방지 할 수 있는 센서에 관한 것이다.
