The present invention relates to an apartment house using individual module houses, which includes: a core part having an elevator hole formed at the center and vertically installed on the foundation ground; polygonal column-shaped module house support parts in which a plurality of module house insertion grooves are radially formed on an outer circumferential surface to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval at each floor and which are installed on an outer circumferential surface of the core part to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval; and a plurality of module houses inserted into each of the module house insertion grooves. Therefore, the apartment house using the individual module houses enables users to lead a comfortable residential life.
본 발명은 개별 모듈주택을 이용한 공동주택에 관한 것으로 중심부에승강기홀이 형성되어 기초 지반 위에 수직으로 설치되는 코어부와 각 층별로 복수 개의 모듈주택 삽입홈이외주면에 방사형으로 일정 간격 이격되어 형성되고, 상기 코어부의 외주면에 일정 간격 이격되어 설치되는 다각 기둥 형상의 모듈주택 지지부 및 상기 모듈주택 삽입홈에 각각 삽입되는 복수 개의 모듈주택을 포함한다.
