DOUBLE FLOOR MATERIAL WITH VIBRATION DAMPING FUNCTION
The present invention relates to an operation method for a double floor material with seismic damping and seismic isolation functions and a failure inspection method thereof and, more specifically, to an operation method for a double floor material with seismic damping and seismic isolation functions and a failure inspection method thereof, which are to effectively attenuate vibrations when the vibration occurs due to earthquakes and the like. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides the operation method for a double floor material with seismic damping and seismic isolation functions, which comprises the steps of: a) detecting whether the vibrations occur by using a vibration detector; b) unlocking a vibration damping function of the double floor material having the seismic damping and seismic isolation functions, when vibrations are detected; and c) attenuating the vibrations in a horizontal direction by a ball bearing unit, as the vibration damping function is unlocked, and attenuating the vibration in a vertical direction by an elastic unit.
본 발명은 내진 제진 및 면진 기능을 갖는 이중바닥재의 작동방법 및 고장 검사방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 지진 등에 의해 진동 발생시 진동을 효과적으로 감쇄하기 위한 내진 제진 및 면진 기능을 갖는 이중바닥재의 작동방법 및 고장 검사방법에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 a) 진동감지기를 이용하여 진동 발생 여부를 감지하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 진동이 감지되었을 때, 내진 제진 및 면진 기능을 갖는 이중바닥재의 제진 기능의 잠금이 해제되는 단계; c) 상기 제진 기능의 잠금이 해제되어 수평 방향의 진동은 볼베어링유닛에 의해 감쇄되고, 수직 방향의 진동은 탄성부에 의해 감쇄되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내진 제진 및 면진 기능을 갖는 이중바닥재의 작동방법을 제공한다.
