Safety device of effective excavator claw
The present invention relates to a safety device of an effective excavator claw, which prevents a claw which is paired with a bucket of an excavator to perform a function of tongs from being completely fixated to an arm of the excavator and uses the claw by selectively attaching and detaching the claw. The safety device comprises: an elastic holder unit installed in the arm of the excavator to have elasticity to be relaxed and compressed; and a mounting support unit coupled to the claw rotationally installed on the arm through a hydraulic cylinder and inserted into the elastic holder unit according to rotation of the claw to be supported by or separated to be disassembled from the elastic holder unit.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 버킷과 쌍을 이루어 집게기능을 수행하는 집게발을 굴삭기의 암에 완전하게 고정하는 것을 방지하면 선택적으로 탈부착하면서 사용할 수 있도록 하는 효과적인 굴삭기 집게발장치의 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 굴삭기의 암에 설치되어 이완 및 압축되도록 탄성을 가지는 탄성 홀더부; 및 유압실린더를 통해 상기 암에 회전가능하게 설치되는 집게발에 결합되며, 상기 집게발의 회전에 따라 상기 탄성 홀더부에 삽입되어 지지 또는 상기 탄성 홀더부에서 이탈되어 분리되는 장착 지지부를 포함하는 효과적인 굴삭기 집게발장치의 안전장치를 제공한다.
