The present invention relates to a sink-mounted food waste grinder and a food waste treatment apparatus using the same. According to the present invention, the sink-mounted food waste grinder comprises: a casing having an inlet and an outlet; a screw unit having a screw shaft and a screw blade integrally formed on the screw shaft, transferring the food waste from the inlet to the outlet, and having a truncated cone part whose diameter is gradually reduced along the axial direction at the tip of the screw shaft, and a pulverizing concavo-convex part formed on a surface of the truncated cone part; and a housing unit including a porous housing that surrounds the screw blade at intervals and has a plurality of outlet holes, a truncated cone housing disposed on an inner wall surface of the porous housing and having a grinding rib for pulverizing the food waste and surrounding the truncated cone part, and a concave-convex shape part for grinding the pulverized food waste. The cross-sectional shape of the pulverizing concavo-convex part and the concave-convex shape part is formed to have a gentle curve, and has a function of grinding and crushing the food waste. According to the present invention described above, the food waste is pulverized at a low speed to reduce noise and vibration generated during pulverization of the food waste and increase the pulverization rate of the food waste.
본 고안은 싱크대 설치형 음식물쓰레기 분쇄기 및 이를 이용한 음식물쓰레기 처리장치에 있어서, 싱크대의 배수구로부터 음식물쓰레기를 수령하는 유입구와, 분쇄된 음식물쓰레기가 유출되는 유출구를 갖는 케이싱과 상기 케이싱 내에서 회전구동되는 스크류축과 상기 스크류축에 일체로 형성된 스크류날개를 가지고 상기 음식물쓰레기를 상기 유입구로부터 상기 유출구로 이송하며, 상기 스크류축의 외경과 상기 스크류날개의 외경의 차이가 상기 유입구로부터 멀어질수록 점진적으로 축소되며, 상기 스크류축의 선단부에 축선방향을 따라 점진적으로 직경이 감소되는 절두원추부와, 상기 절두원추부의 표면에 형성된 마쇄요철부를 가지는 스크류유니트와 상기 스크류날개를 간격을 두고 둘러싸며 분쇄된 상기 음식물쓰레기의 유출을 허용하는 다수의 유출공을 갖는 다공하우징과, 상기 다공하우징의 내벽면에 축선방향 및 원주방향으로 배치되어 상기 스크류날개와 상호작용하여 상기 음식물쓰레기를 분쇄하는 분쇄리브를 가지며, 상기 다공하우징에 연결되어 상기 절두원추부를 둘러싸는 절두원추하우징과 상기 절두원추하우징의 내벽면에 돌출되어 상기 마쇄요철부와 상호작용하여, 분쇄된 상기 음식물쓰레기를 마쇄하는 요철형상부를 갖는 하우징유니트를 포함하며, 상기 마쇄요철부와 상기 요철형상부의 단면 형상은 완만한 곡선 을 갖도록 형성되어 음식물쓰레기를 갈고 으깨는 기능을 갖는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다. 상술한 본 고안에 따르면, 싱크대 설치형 음식물쓰레기 분쇄기 및 이를 이용한 음식물쓰레기 처리장치는 저속 회전으로 음식물쓰레기를 분쇄하여 음식물쓰레기 분쇄 시에 발생하는 소음과 진동을 줄이면서 음식물쓰레기의 분쇄율을 높인다. 또한, 분쇄된 음식물쓰레기를 미생물 처리하여 환경오염 발생의 우려가 없이 친환경적이다.
