A suspending device with a vibration proof function is disclosed. According to the present invention, the suspending device with a vibration proof function comprises: a plurality of hook coupling portions coupled to a flange portion of a structural steel; a plurality of connecting portions coupled to correspond to each of the plurality of hook coupling portions, respectively; and a support plate coupled to a plurality of connection portions. At least one anti-vibration member is interposed between each of the plurality of hook coupling portions and each of the plurality of connecting portions to prevent vibration from being transmitted.
