Deck board fixing clip and its installation structure
The present invention relates to a deck board fixing clip which is not exposed to the outside to prevent appearance degradation and prevent oxidization while being conveniently and firmly installed. The deck board fixing clip (1) comprises: a flat main body unit (2) having a prescribed thickness; a plurality of fixing holes (3) formed on the main body unit (2); a fixing unit (4) having a prescribed width (W1), wherein the fixing unit extends and protruds to one side of the front end of the main body unit (2); a through hole (6) formed on the fixing unit (4); a feeding unit (7) having a prescribed width (W2), wherein the feeding unit extends and protruds to the other side of the rear end of the main body unit (2); a first fixing groove (9) formed on one side of the fixing unit (4); and a second fixing groove (9a) formed on the other side of the feeding unit (7). At least one fixing clip (1) is fixed on the lower surface of a deck board (8), and a rubber plate (10) having a prescribed thickness is inserted and fixed between the deck board (8) and the fixing clip (1). A gap (11) of a prescribed distance is maintained between deck boards (8). The feeding unit (7) of the fixing clip (1) is coupled to the first fixing groove (9) of a neighboring fixing clip (1), and the fixing unit (4) of the fixing clip (1) is fastened to the upper surface of a support frame (13) by a fastening member (20) to install the deck board (1).
본 발명은 간편하면서 견고하게 설치할 수 있으면서 외부로 노출되지 않아 미관저하가 방지되고 산화가 방지되는 데크보드 고정클립에 관한 것으로, 소정 두께의 평판형 본체부(2)와, 본체부(2)에 형성되는 복수의 고정구멍(3)과, 본체부(2)의 선단 일측으로 연장 돌출되는 소정폭(W1)의 고정부(4)와, 고정부(4)에 형성되는 통공(6)과, 본체부(2)의 후단 타측으로 연장 돌출되는 소정폭(W2)의 삽지부(7)와, 고정부(4) 일측에 형성되는 제1 고정홈(9)과, 삽지부(7) 타측에 형성되는 제2 고정홈(9a)을 포함하여 고정클립(1)이 구성되며, 상기 고정클립(1)을 데크보드(8)의 저면에 적어도 하나 이상 고정하되 데크보드(8)와 고정클립(1) 사이에 소정 두께의 고무판(10)을 끼워 고정하고, 데크보드(8)와 데크보드(8) 사이에 소정 간격의 틈(11)이 유지되도록 하고, 고정클립(1)의 삽지부(7)는 이웃하는 고정클립(1)의 제1 고정홈(9)에 결합하고, 고정클립(1)의 고정부(4)는 지지프레임(13)의 상부면에 체결부재(20)로 체결시켜 데크보드(1)가 설치된다.
