Food Waste Treatment Method Using Food Waste Disposer
The present invention relates to a food waste disposal method using a food waste disposer, which is able to grind and decompose food waste by using a ceramic ball and a ceramic carrier, and to effectively grind and dispose of food waste, which are difficult to grind, through two sessions of standby process and grinding process, comprising: a step of grinding food waste introduced along with water through an inlet placed on a sink by a grinding unit; a step of pre-treatment which includes a pre-treatment process before grinding to open a discharge valve and to discharge the liquid substances and fine particles of the food waste along with water, and a grinding unit test working process to, after the pre-treatment process before grinding, supply water into an inner case through a water supply valve and a spray nozzle, and conduct the rotation of a drum mainframe and the operation of a heater; a first grinding step which includes a first standby process to wait for a certain period after the grinding unit test working process, a first grinding process to heat the sludge liquid passing through the first standby process by operating the heater and to rotate the drum mainframe for performing the grinding work, and a process to discharge some of the sludge liquid passing through the first grinding process to the outside and to re-supply water; and a second grinding step which includes a second standby process to, after the first grinding step, wait for a certain period, a second grinding process to heat the sludge passing through the second standby process by operating the heater and rotate the drum mainframe to perform the grinding work, and a process of discharging the sludge liquid passing through the second grinding process to the outside.
본 발명은 세라믹 볼과 세라믹 담체를 이용하여 음식물쓰레기를 분쇄, 분해 처리하되 2차에 걸친 대기과정과 분쇄과정을 통해 분쇄하기 곤란한 음식물쓰레기를 효과적으로 분쇄처리할 수 있는 음식물쓰레기 처리방법에 관한 것으로서, 싱크대에 마련된 투입구를 통해 물과 함께 유입되는 음식물쓰레기를 파쇄부에서 파쇄하는 파쇄단계; 토출밸브를 개방하여 물과 함께 음식물쓰레기의 액상성분과 미세입자를 배출하는 분쇄 전처리과정과, 상기 분쇄 전처리과정 후 급수밸브와 분사노즐을 통해 내부케이스에 급수한 후 드럼본체 회전과 히터 가동을 실시하는 분쇄부 시운전과정이 포함되는 전처리단계; 상기 분쇄부 시운전과정 후 소정 시간 대기하는 1차대기과정, 상기 1차대기과정을 거친 슬러지액을 히터를 가동하여 가열하고 드럼본체를 회전시켜 분쇄작업을 수행하는 1차분쇄과정, 및 상기 1차분쇄과정을 거친 슬러지액의 일부를 외부로 배출한 다음 물을 재보충하는 과정으로 이루어지는 1차분쇄단계; 및 상기 1차분쇄단계를 거친 후 소정 시간 대기하는 2차대기과정, 상기 2차대기과정을 거친 슬러지액을 히터를 가동하여 가열하고 드럼본체를 회전시켜 분쇄작업을 수행하는 2차분쇄과정, 및 상기 2차분쇄과정을 거친 슬러지액을 외부로 배출하는 과정으로 이루어지는 2차분쇄단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
