The present invention relates to a puzzle tile using waste pottery and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a puzzle tile, which is able to be made by reusing discarded pottery, to realize various colors, and to express unique beauty and texture, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the puzzle tile using waste pottery comprises: a ceramic frame which has an accommodation space inside and one surface opened; and a filling unit which is formed in the accommodation space, and which is exposed to the outside through an opened surface of the ceramic frame. In addition, the filling unit includes: waste pottery pieces made by crushing the discarded pottery in a color into an irregular shape; and a binder filling the gaps between the waste pottery pieces in order to engage the waste pottery pieces with each other.
본 발명은 폐도자기를 활용한 퍼즐타일과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 폐기물로 버려지는 폐도자기를 재활용하여 다양한 컬러 구현과 함께 독특한 아름다움과 질감을 표현할 수 있는 퍼즐타일과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폐도자기를 활용한 퍼즐타일은 내측에는 수용공간이 마련되고 일면이 개방된 세라믹틀과, 수용공간에 형성되어 세라믹틀의 개방된 일면을 통해 외부로 노출되는 충진부를 구비한다. 그리고 충진부는 색상을 갖는 폐도자기를 불규칙한 형상으로 파쇄한 폐도자기 조각들과, 폐도자기 조각들을 상호 결합시키기 위해 폐도자기 조각들 사이의 틈새에 채워진 바인더로 형성된다.
