The present invention relates to a road paving method for preventing freezing. More specifically, the present invention relates to a road paving method for preventing freezing, which comprises: a step of spreading a thermosetting resin composition including a thermosetting resin and a hardening agent on a road surface, and forming a thermosetting resin layer; a step of, before the thermosetting resin layer is hardened, spraying a bottom ash aggregate with an absorption rate of 11-20 percent to a surface of the thermosetting resin layer; and a step of, after the thermosetting resin layer is hardened, spraying a deicing solution including one aqueous solution selected from a group of NaCL, CaCl_2, and their mixture. According to the present invention, when snow falls, it reacts with the deicing solution impregnated in the bottom ash aggregate as soon as the snow is accumulated on the ground surface, and the action of preventing the freezing is conducted in the early stage of the snow, so when only a small amount of snow falls, no additional deicing solution is needed to be sprayed. Even if a lot of snow has accumulated over a long time, the action of preventing the freezing is already being conducted from the early stage of snowing, so the status of being frozen is not firm, so the ice can be removed sufficiently with only a small amount of additional deicing agent.
본 발명의 일 양태는 결빙 방지 도로 포장 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 도로 표면에 열경화성 수지와 경화제를 포함하는 열경화성 수지 조성물을 도포하여 열경화성 수지 층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 열경화성 수지 층이 경화되기 전에 흡수율 11 내지 20%인 바텀애쉬 골재를 열경화성 수지 층의 표면에 살포하는 단계; 및 상기 열경화성 수지 층이 경화된 후 NaCl, CaCl2 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 수용액을 포함하는 제설액을 살포하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 눈이 지면에 쌓임과 동시에 바텀애쉬 골재에 함침된 제설액과 반응하여 눈이 내리는 초기에 결빙 억제 작용이 이루어지기 때문에 적은양의 눈이 쌓이는 경우에는 추가적인 제설제의 살포가 필요하지 않으며, 장시간 동안 많은 양의 눈이 쌓이더라도 눈이 내리는 초기부터 결빙 억제 작용이 이미 이루지고 있는 상태이기 때문에 결빙 상태가 견고하지 않아 추가적으로 적은 양의 제설제 살포로도 충분한 제설이 가능한 효과가 있다.
