The present invention relates to a prefabricated manhole structure. According to the present invention, an upper plate (32), a main body (22), and a lower plate (34) are separated from each other, and the main body (22) is separated into one side part (12) and the other side part (14). Also, the one side part (12) and the other side part (14) of the main body (22) couples, fixes, and integrates cable holders (20) at both ends of a cable (18) passing through a connection hole (44) of each edge part in a coupling state by a recessed part (36) and a protrusion part (38) having a packing (16) therebetween. In addition, the upper and lower plates (32, 34) couples, fixes, and integrates cable holders (30) at both ends of a cable (28) passing through connection holes (46, 50, 54) of each edge part in a coupling state by recessed parts (40, 52) and a protrusion part (42) having the main body (22) and packings (24, 26) therebetween.
